Sir in 2008 or 2012 mein property didn't touch this level .And in one of your video you yourself admitted the upcoming slowdown of property mkt and sir don't compare a big aasmaan with small gurgaon

Just one thing, ye jo Mulberry project hai Iska phase 2 unit hume 1.53 k aas pass quote hua tha EOI draw mei builder se for 1730 size PLC unit and humne nahi liya kyunki hum 1.40cr soch k gaye but only PLC units he bachi thi EOI allotment mei.. Aapko kya lagta hai hume ye 1.53cr park and highway facing unit leni chahiye thi? Ya aapko lagta hai mehnga tha is price mei. Abhi sab units sold out hai 1730 size mei as per builder. Sir, please do reply here. Thank you.
