Yeah....but ladies....don't wait on it. Forgive and move on with your life. I'm saying this from 1st hand experience of being treated horribly by the ex love of my life. Don't wait for him to come back and heal you (esp if he hasnt healed himself) or fix anything....give it to God so He can heal you, forgive him, and move on in peace. You are worthy...never forget that ❤

Yeah those men are exceptions to the rule and most won't change for the better so don't wait on that....been there done that. If God is not the center of their lives it won't happen....that's why most don't change. Get the healing from Jesus Christ alone... And never depend on any man for healing. Dont have unforgivness in your heart and move on.... I can love you from a distance

We divorced and in the 3 years apart. I allowed God to heal me. In that time God worked on my husband. He gave his life to Christ. We are married again and stronger because we both have a relationship with God now.

That's not what he is saying. Take away the flesh or your personal experience. He is speaking in a sense of God and God only. Each party has to do the work individually. Provided the are both in a true God fearing peaceful respectful place and same page, yes there is an opportunity to love each other the right way. He listed out what steps that must be taken. He also said this does not apply to all men and women.

you are a sinner which makes your love imperfect. you will hurt ppl because you are not God and you are learning how to love the creature He designed. this certainly doesn't mean any and all things should be acceptable just because we're all growing but it does mean you are bound to hurt ppl you love and be hurt by ppl who love you.
