"Someone Called Us They Said People Were Yelling"

For this video I had the pleasure of collaborating once again with @NastyNathanial69 to do some documenting with our cameras along the public sidewalks outside some of the shops & restaurants & capture the vibe of the area. We were met with multiple & various reaction to our presence & cameras. The first was a beauty shop & were eventually invited inside the location & briefly discussed skin care products. The next business we were looking at was a jewelry store. The merchant came out for a quick hello & then went back inside without any further incident. We eventually made our way down the sidewalk to where multiple restaurant's had what seemed to be weekend brunch taking place. A group of women got my attention as they began waving in our direction, but then seemed to quickly become upset when we turned our cameras towards where the group was sitting. They gave cam backs & eventually someone from the restaurant came outside basically telling us to leave. Eventually police was dispatched, with 3 officers arriving on scene. The female officer who made initial contact with us , said they got a call stating people were yelling. One of the officers attempted to inform us that we could be charged with inciting violence penal code 415 (flipping someone off) . We did our research afterwards & confirmed that it is a protected form of free speech , although one of the women in the group admitted to first flipping us off because we were documenting.

Big stretch to say the middle finger would incite violence. I get that people don't like to be given the middle finger, but it's a big stretch that it would "provoke an immediate violent reaction" as the 415 statute requires for "disturbing the peace." How do you take a cop seriously when she arrives with a sad ‘fashion model’ attempt? But it points out my concerns with these quota hires. Bigger earrings- in a scuffle can she ignore the pain when they get ripped out and still perform? Long nails-in a scuffle, when a nail gets flipped off, can she ignore the pain and still assist her partner? Can she effectively use her gun with a nail or two ripped off? And the ponytails- those are just handles for assailants to use against her. Tossing her around by her hair, getting her down, and taking her gun to shoot her partner with. Yet the departments and police unions always try saying ‘For Officers Safety’ while violating citizens rights. But it’s these quota hires that endanger the safety of their co-workers and themselves.

The cambackers always act like they're doing something super brave and courageous. For doing exactly what they are calling the cops and reporting. Someone putting cameras in people's faces. Little hypocrite Harry really pulled off a big one! It's only a crime if you didn't start it. I remember that from nursery school. His bravery in the face of severe danger should be acknowledged. He should be given the key to the city. Or a binky. Hard to say which. I wish someone would lay out for us all the ways that cameras have been known to harm people. And what kind of harm they caused. The hysterics and Badass Cambackers never seem to mention. Nor do the cops. Odd. All I know is that it's an amazing and unexplained mystery why the damage and death toll isn't massive at Disney properties and at weddings and graduations.
