expert speedrunner here, you played the run really well up until the pearl incident, if you want some minor criticisms, you can force 2x1 nether portals for faster entry times, and you spend 3s~ looking around for the fortress when you know its 20 chunks away, other than those 2 minor things, really well played run

I would also note that u shouldn’t have crafted all 12 eyes. Crafting only a few post blind allows for more flexibility. For example u can always pearl or zero cycle to save pace and bank on the high roll. Also consider not offhanding food, there are a lot of benefits to it such as off hand fast looting, and quick hotkeying. For example I alw offhand fire res. It’s j a little inventory time save. I used to offhand food but I’ve switched.

I figured out the description Without going into detail: Next video is another melon video Detailed: When I translated the Morse code it was "RMIE IS SIMPLE E IS 1 S IS Ŭ R IS V" but after going through the comments I found Legan's reply to another comment, which said: "Code is simple A is 1 B is 2 C is 3". So I translated the numbers which (after translation said) "Hint is in thumnail", and if you check the thumbnail it has a melon in the background.

Super clean run, apart from the fort pearls which were unfortunate. I liked the bridge route, wonder if it's faster (probably is) This would've been more important if you had 20 obsidian, but you did miss the 7th rod from the final blaze you killed!

I really like your newer content and I think it’s more in depth than what you used to post. As a speed runner (recreational) I think you played the run decently well I only noticed two things that could be improved. One you crafted all 12 eyes, usually you just wanna craft a couple then craft them all once at the stronghold and second you wasted a little bit of time looking for the fort when you knew it was 20 chunks away, otherwise very well played Mr. RekRap😊

Wednesday was a really long day for me, so meeting you and sandiction in a couple games really made it better. yo rek lil tip for the speedrun: i know you know pearl hanging but i thought that you maybe couldve done a pearl hang when you first got the trades from the pigs, you throw a pearl right away in the right direction, and then check your trades and organise your inventory love your vids!

You should play islands on 8RD instead of 5, the same number of chunks loaded so you aren't getting any further BT, but it's just more visible so it's easier to spot stuff like ocean ruins. Soul sand is better than typical blocks (nether brick) to clutch with because you're able to stand inside 'layers' of it due to the height, full blocks just push you out. Well played though generally, can't wait to see sub 12 :p You should consider streaming runs

rekrap, invest in a paper planner to organise your events and to dos, it'll help a lot try to avoid electronic planners cuz if you use a paper planner it'll be more intentional and mindful so you'll be more likely to remember what to do hope this helps and keep up with your great content!

I'm not an expert speedrunner but I find that when I play I always end up pearling into lava, and it always slows down my time by a lot, so unless you're building a portal under the lava then I find it best to avoid lava when possible, but not to take too long going around it if that makes sense? Love your videos!

fantastic bridge route, never seen anyone do that in a run before the first pearl wasn't really your fault since the hoglin hit you which made you place the blocks before the pearl landed, that's something no one would normally expect but now you know it can happen lol but the second pearl you should def always be prepared to aim up higher

Rekrap, really good run. Just the one mistake i saw was when you were throwing the pearls you didn't throw them exactly to the wall. Try and angle them when you throw them. Other than that solid run.

When you're going to the portal make note of your pearls direction and location then travel by the nether since 1 block is the equivalent of 8 in the overworld so the 600 blocks to the stronghold would have been cut to 75 - make sure to trade for enough obsidian at the bastion though; if the trading takes more than 2-3 mins just travel through the overworld but again, the nether travel is better and faster.

tip dont screw up your pearl and also the percentage of the pie chart on spawners determine if its a blaze spawner or magma cube if its 60 or 70 its magma cube if its 40 or 20 its blaze
