Your videos are spectacular...I love that you keep up with all the families. I Was sad that one mother was trying to get away from her baby until auntie made her. Hopefully she wont try and abandon him.

Dopey will have a hard time when Reddy starts weaning. Not only because of her milk but also because of the bond that he has with her.. I think it will have an impact on her as well. She has love in her eyes for him....you can see it!

He maybe a little slow at reaching his milestones but he definitely has the will to reach them! I was almost upset when mom pulled him off the tree, I actually whined no...., I really wanted to see him do it, but she knows better than I. I'm glad to see he has the desire to try. He went right back to it. That's my boy ☺️. He will be running around in no time.

Oh and I'm so glad for the few glimpses of Knotty. Very happy to see him making it. His living situation is strange, but he's still chugging along ok. Glad to see it.

The amount of milk that Dopey drinks he should be the fatest baby there. I still fear for him somethings not right there.

Every baby is making strides and growing up...all but Dopey. I like him this way too but you can't help but wonder. As fixated as he is on mother's milk, I see some painful times coming up for Dopey when Reddy starts to wean him...

Hi Arroz, Dolly is huge! She can't be pregnant? Soon you'll have to use Aeriel photography to fit her in the frame! I was thinking remember that dispute with the other troop a little while back? You don't think Dolly ate the other troop do you?

Arroz Why doesn't the moms share the food with the babies and does the moms take the food away from the babies ? Is the corn expensive to get? Where is stumpy?

I don't think dopey is getting all that much milk. if you pay attention it seems dopeys mom only has one working teat the other one is under developed. so dope is only getting half the milk he should be getting. that might explain his slowed development.

Dopey is annoying. All the runt wants to do is nurse. Throw his ass off the fence and let him come to you, already. This monkey is going to have a really tough time living out in the wild at this rate. It's unfortunate because he's cute but it's the truth. Mother nature has no mercy for the weak.

Good grief man, he is an infant. That's what infants do. They eat, poop, and fall asleep. Baty was the same way at his age. Look at him now. He's one of the most indepentant kids in the bunch. He is her son for a reason. Nature/god put those two together for a reason. He has all the love and patients from his mother that he needs to survive. She is who takes up his slack and keeps him going. That's what she is there for. She is more than just tits. He maybe a little slow in reaching his milestones (every monkey is an individual physically and mentally who live and grow at their own paces, these animals are not cookie cutter all carbon copies of each other) but that doesn't mean he is worthless or not worth admiration. Would you toss a human baby over a rail because it has not taken its first steps by 12 months like most kids do? God I hope not. Give him a break, he is just an infant doing what infants do. Monkey, dog, or human all infants grow at their own pace and it does not effect their ability to grow into a strong healthy adult. I think dopey will be a very loving male/father in his hay day. All because of his mother.

+Heather Hart I don't know who Dopey's father is but I have seen Reddy groom this male a few times in the past so I presume they are on good terms,
