The original idea was aped from the club right across called Clarett. The party used to start at 6 a.m. with a fresh team of DJs. They'd serve free soup to kill the hangover and a round of free nyama choma. Then the party would continue.

Reggae has always been one of their core music. They have had strictly reggae clubs since the 70's. Bob Marley and Jah Shaka used to Jam in those clubs. Kenya is a Reggae and Rap colony.
