Жыл бұрынSonarpur NADAM is a traditional Kathak dance institution founded by Sri Sandip Mallick on June 6, 1993 at Sonarpur. It offers Kathak dance training, workshops, seminars not only in India but also worldwide including the USA, Canada, Singapur, Dubai, Czech Republic, Australia, Bangladesh, Germany etc. It organizes a music festival called "PRATISHRUTI" every year to celebrate and promote the rich heritage and culture of Indian classical dance and music.

But the video shld had been a little more close up. We are not able to recognise the face of the dancers clearly. Next time post from little more from close up so that the expression also will be seen very clearly n enjoyed well. Very good dancing. Loved it.

Is this kathak? Mudras are all very similar yo kuchipudi/bharatnatyam. Never realized it can be so beautiful if done traditionally!! Bollywood Urduized & debased the Kathak art form to nothing more than mujras....
