Mac Davis was from Lubbock Texas and he was a prolific and great songwriter but he also had a Texan sense of humor and did get rather funny and occasionally. I remember the look on my mama's face the first of the time this played on the radio and then I remembered her bending over and laughing so hard that I think she came close to breaking a rib and brought back some good memories guys.
