I have a question for axis and allies, lets say a fighter with an attack of three scores a hit on a battleship with a defense of four, would that take the battleship into the casualty zone or just make it have one health left? Another example could be 1 infantry fires at 2 enemy infantry, would the enemy take one of the infantry out or would they have both left but one infantry on half health?

Good questions! Question 1: You've got it exactly right. The battleship stays in the action until it receives its second hit. Question 2: I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but here is a link to our full how-to-play for 1942 Second Edition. Thank you for the suggestion! When you get past the Russians' first turn, the Allies must start thinking in terms of the team's plan. I'm working on a video right now laying out an Axis strategy. But, up next is an Allied strategy video. Thanks for watching!

Hi , is there a video on 1942 classic, weapons development?, is it a good thing to do?, and for what country..

There aren't a lot of great videos about A&A Classic. Great game, but it just isn't getting as much play as it used to. My opinion regarding weapons developments? Because the Allies (particularly the US/UK) start with so much money and typically get richer as the game goes on, they are usually the only ones that can afford to make take the gamble. In some cases, the abilities are so powerful they can break the game (heavy bombers). In others, they can be useless (super subs for the Russians or Germans after they have lost the Atlantic). For those reasons, I don't typically use them. Good question! Thanks for watching!

Well, the quick start for 1941 is finished. Now, I am working on the full how to play. I am also shooting a video next week where we will unbox and walk through all of the Renegade Games reprints. I am hoping to have all of them out before the end of the month. I am also getting ready to go to GenCon to compete in the A&A World Championships. Lots of behind the scenes stuff happening.
