Things have changed since my last Mastering Fleets video, and I thought it was important to brief you all on how the latest fleet developments will affect you in the upcoming GAC season!

I’ve neglected Malevolence for way too long. Working on patching it up now. I know a lot of people hate them, but I love fleets. Got all the big 3 finally.

Me too my friend. I enjoy fleets so much. It feels so good to get a new star on ships for some reason. I started my free to play account and am focusing hard on fleets (definitely more than my other account) hahaha

I’m definitely behind on fleets, so almost none of this applies to me. But in this next year that’ll be my focus - and there’s a lot to focus on! Really helpful video.

Fleets are such an under-estimated part of the game. I'd say thank you for highlighting the strategies for GAC except it means more of my opponents may watch this and get better... 2 weeks ago I would have said Negotiator for the last defensive slot hands down but that certainly changed a lot since Marauder came out. So at this point would you say it's better using all the Empire together to go after Leviathan rather than using Executrix and Thrawn respectively to take down Profundity and Executor?

Yeah they are so important and tricky to handle. For end game players like me that have to face leviathan, you absolutely need to use all the best empire ships to handle that one ship (scythe, defender and interceptor). Otherwise I loved using 2 empire fleets

In some of the Levi lineups you showed EP shuttle as a RI, and in others you showed Scimitar. Do you have a preference?

If you're running Sith Fighter in the starting lineup, have shuttle in there. If you run dorito, have sith fighter, Mk6 and scimitar in reinforcements. Scimitar sucks, but it has low reinforcement priority which is nice

Can chimera with tie bomber, tie advanced, and tie fighter with interceptor and defender in reinforcements good enough to beat both executor variants? (triple attacker and traditional)

It sure can! Might not be clean and you’ll lose someone in the opening volley though

You can even manage without Tie Bomber most of the time, that way you can keep it to take out a rebel fleet. I usually open with Tie Advanced, Tie Fighter and Tie Reaper. The counter mostly relies on the Defender coming out as your first reinforcement and getting enough evades for the Chimera to take out Bossk

What would be a good substitute for the Scythe and TIE Interceptor for Chimaera?

If you want to beat leviathan? Impossible. Otherwise, I’d probably use tie bomber in the starting lineup along tie advanced and tie fighter, and try to hold out until you can bring in Iden’s ship

@songeta Not necessarily for Levi but in general, I'm low like Carbonite 2 low, haven't come across and Levi's in my gacs

@@tanintaylor7437I don't got scythe or tie interceptor, I use tie advanced, tie bomber, and tie fighter first or if your facing another chimera or tarkin replace tie fighter with sith bomber

i really think all piloted ships should be 2x drops because you need to level the pilot too.

Yeahh, I wish but they won't because there aren't many ships in the game

Fleets are terrible. Either cg needs to make the more important or they need to get rid of 'em. It's like the only use is for GA and TWs . . . Fleet arena gives not great rewards unless you are very high up, conquest doesn't even need fleets, most of the events only need fleets if they give you ship shards. In bronzium it's 1 fleet on offense, 1 fleet on defense. I save all my good fleets for offense, I have a chimera fleet and a malevolence. Both work well and I just hope my opponent doesn't have a GL fleet. Great insight on this video, and keep up the great content!

Fleet Arena is pretty important. Biggest income source in crystals for me by far.

I hate that ships are paper rock scissors. There needs to be a way to mod ships.

@songeta In GAC, once you learn a certain match up, you pretty much go autopilot 80% of the match and pray to the RNG gods lol. Adding more depth and flex builds adds an extra layer of outplay potential. Great video as always man, can't wait for the 3v3 upload.

Seems unless the Captain of the ship is not relic 8,9 its a loss, I ha e tremendous total power over many other fleets but constantly lose to just a 1 level higher relic captain
