Fun fact: if you disable the boss rush mod and play through LRZ1 there is actually a secret boss that is also part of the driller boss from sonic mania.

Egg Scorcher Mark 1... Marble Zone Boss? And Egg Scorcher Mark 2... Oil Ocean Zone Boss? I sincerely don't know which ones are mark 1 and mark 2 as i never played Superstars.
