Never, in my two and a half decades playing Sonic games, did I think a day would come when we'd get a Sonic movie that LOOKS like how I would dream a Sonic movie would look...

it's not the Death Egg itself, But the Death Egg Robot, the final boss of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (video game) that was one the Death egg itself, since then it appears in Sonic the Hedgehog 4 episode 1, Sonic Generations, Sonic Mania, and other places. so again, This is NOT the Death Egg Itself, but rather the Death Egg ROBOT. but i can see them Combining the 2 together, but this isnt the Death egg itself

If they end this movie with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckes on the plane with the birds and the Sonic 2 theme playing, with the iconic jumping pose, that’ll just be the icing on the cake.

I feel like sonic 3 will introduce Amy and metal sonic with metal being an end credit scene for sonic 2. Shadow will probably be a end credit scene for sonic 3

I feel like 1:18 is a reference to a classic Sonic CD image of Sonic vs Metal Sonic. Knuckles is doing the exact pose as the Sonic of that image. While Sonic is doing a 'close-enough' pose to the Metal Sonic of that image.

As long as Eggman says "Hello Rodent!" I'm happy

I think it they either upscaled the Death Egg Robot and the Death Egg is maybe hiding behind the moon or something, OR they didn't want to put the Death Egg in the movie because then they'd have to balance how much of the movie takes place in the Death Egg because as far as I'm aware we've never really got a good consist look of what the Death Egg looks like. And if someone says something like "The Death Egg Robot is too big not to also be the Death Egg" or something like that, the only reason I think they might have just upscaled it is because the massively down scaled the size of the Master Emerald.

i NEED this sonic movie. still watch the first one lol it’s fire

1st movie introduced Sonic and showed tails in post credits 2nd movie introduced Tails and knuckles and will probably have shadow in the post credits or hinted at during the film due to presence of Gun soldiers But what about future films? Shadow's creation and him hunting down Sonic in the 3rd one would be nice, could also introduce some of the chaos emeralds, also really expecting Amy to be introduced. (I hope they dont do some cheesy slow motion in love scene when shes introduced, really hoping for Amy to be a badass with her hammer). Im thinking metal sonic is likely as a villian with him becoming super metal sonic with the chaos emeralds or being empowered by a combination of some chaos emeralds and some quills from knuckles, sonic, or shadow. Seeing Silver and Blaze come from the future (or from a universe similar to the future) could be nice. Following a plot similar to Sonic 06 or sonic forces with eggman taking over another world with it introducing mephilis the dark with them teaming up to defeat mephilis. Really hoping for some other villians from other parts of the series, could definitely see a endgame like movie for sonic based off of Sonic Forces.
