Because if 2 or 3 sonic characters show up per movie, then eventually it’ll just become a transformers movie where some characters are barely in the film. Also I don’t think anyone’s ready for a live action rouge.

My main concern for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is, will Eggman even be in the film? Jim Carey stated he’d retired, but Eggman and his family, are a big part of Shadow’s story. It’s hard to say how Eggman will be implemented into the film, if he’s even present. I suppose Mike Polluck himself could fill the role, but then again, voice acting and acting on a set, are quite different. If Eggman is present in the third film, it may be a challenge for how SEGA and Paramount will implement the Doctor this time. I do hope we see Team Dark, Silver, Blaze, Rogue, and other characters later on though. Sonic’s friends, especially Silver and Blaze don’t get enough screen time it seems, and Silver and Blaze have so much potential for their own spin-off games.
