No it’s not a cancel, it’s more one of his safe strings that isn’t punishable. He can sneak in certain Kameo moves after that string to make a 50/50 strat.

When i backdash with omni then try to do f4, i always end up doing the superman thrust special move thing because of the input. I tried tweaking the the settings and chaing the special moves read time from long to medium to even short, and still same problem. Sometimes i wana mini back dash then f4 knee but that never works.

As someone who mains Omni man in this game I’m sad he doesn’t really have that many combo strings the air one is great don’t get me wrong but it’s just sad that theirs more variety with everyone else ://

That Kung Lao he was fighting first had some of the worst horribly unoptimized combos I’ve seen. 22 hit combo for only 23% damage lol

@@randomdude9828 it does like more damage flying then 212… and it looks cooler… and it doesn’t cost meter. I feel like you have never played omni-man 😭 I get 37% meterless with the toss combo and 46% with the flying combo both meterless

@@OldManMoe I've been playing for a while and his combos mostly lead you into setups either the corner, it's not just for raw damage because at the end of his combos he is always plus and can apply more pressure unlike the flying throw combo.

Sonic ruined the MK scene for me. I feel his presence is what made NRS do a lot of the stuff they did with characters like Mileena, Kung Jin, and Tonya. His speech at the game awards in 2018 ruined the FGC, as that was seen as cementing the new era of eSports in general, not just the FGC. Everyone knows why he won that award but nobody wants to say it outloud because they don’t want to be labeled a bigot in the gaming community. Sonicfox wouldn’t have been able to last 5 mins during the era I grew up in. The Xbox 360 era when MvC2, umk3, KOF, and SF4 were ruling the online scene. If he was around during the arcade era, then he wouldn’t have been able to last 15 seconds. I will never forget or forgive community leaders for allowing Sonicfox to stand on his soapbox the way he did for the last 5-10 years. Allowing him and a small minority of mentally unstable and morally depraved perverts control the gaming scene the way they do. This is why I will never attend or support any FGC or eSports event. I’m just fine playing online tbh. I don’t want to be around people dressed like woodland animals or blue-haired people in n95 masks pretending like COVID is going to kill them before their diet or lifestyle does, lol.

@@TheVibeespottyou realize that sonic pioneered alot of tech for the mk1 community right? He was the first person to bring rain to tournament and win against other pros. Look what he did with nitara. He plays her like a fucking schizzo. Combos arent just about raw damage. You use different combos for different purposes, such as corner carry, side switch, resetting to nuetral, setup game, and things like taking your opponent off guard by prematurely ending the combo or ending it in an unpredictable way to keep them on their toes and uncomfortable. You gotta broaden your view of fighting game knowledge dude.
