In this domino tutorial, you'll learn how to make a sonimod line trigger a domino line. There are 4 methods that allow you to make the transfer from various angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.

which technique do you prefer: 0° trigger, 90° trigger (method 1), 90° trigger (method 2), or 180° trigger? or does it depend on the setup?

This video helps better to know how to put the dominoes in a perfect way, for method 2 of the 90 degree trigger, I always put a domino on top of the dominoes lying down so that it is more effective that the rest of the domino line falls, already I know this is a very risky way to do it especially in the vibration but that is the method that suits me because it works 100% for me, I definitely have to keep trying but anyway thank you very much for this tutorial to teach the rest of the community the different ways of how to convert from a sominod to a line of dominoes! 😁👍

Its really help us to trigger the sonimod to a line,I prefer to use the 90° trigger (method 1) because its always work, safe and prevent from fail, thanks for the tutorial! :D

The zero degree trigger is also great if you want to go from a structure to a domino line on a shelf. You can use a plank or domino to bridge the gap between structure and shelf and treat that plank/domino as the last element of a sonimod chain. Thanks for the tutorial!

This was a very helpful and interesting set of tutorials! Considering that sonimod is always a tempting trick in many domino setups, these triggers are pretty essential. The choice of trick mainly depends on its reliability, the spacing, nature of the setup and the aesthetics you are targetting, I guess. I personally liked the 90° trigger (method 2) among all these. Thank you for this video! :)

Such a great tutorial for beginners! 0° (the last method) suits the best for me and I sometimes use another method to convert a sonimod line into dominoes, which is a bit similar to the last one.

Wow amazing I really enjoyed all of them. My favourite would be the method one tutorial. Also one quick question when I was building the crossing sonimod line my dominos kept on slipping on the floor. I tried the carpet but did not work. What surface would have good grip? Awesome video :)

Cork flooring works well for me, or build on a yoga mat, texture floor surfaces, even a wooden floor is good (hopefully it's not too polished)
