Thanks for the comparison in size against the Shelly units, I've had a couple of the Shelly Plus One units pop in the power supply circuit so looking to try a different brand.

Do you need a neutral for this one, and what Amp fuse you used for this one

Yes. Neutral required and it is 10A rated so it should be paired with a 10A breaker/fuse.

so have not played with matter at all, just heard about it, so noob question, assume we loose the interface via mqtt G

Matter is just pairing local over WiFi. There's no interface on the relay or mqtt to begin with. You can pair it with the cloud app but that kind of kills the local thing.

Yup, looks like firmware & special features needs the app. Well done to the Zigbee Alliance, Chip, CSA or what ever they are calling themselves this week for screwing this up.

S1 and S2 are NOT low voltage!!! S1 is linked internally directly to the Live supply terminal !! You can actually use S1 as a alternative auxiliary Live terminal. S2 will except a switched live input, with out the need of connecting S1.

You are correct. I was going by their wiring diagram of showing the wiring is isolated from L on those pins.

@@digiblurDIY yes! So in this way the "new" mini's are more like the shelly1. But the older mini-R2 did have low voltage S1 & S2 terminals😉👍

WiFi 6 2.4ghz support doesn't come until the ESP32-C6 revisions.

I haven't seen the dev boards yet but eventually it will get here www.espressif.com/en/news/ESP32-C5 I doubt we will see 6ghz bands for this for a while.
