Sony KV 1400UB Resurrection and Repair

This Sony KV-1400UB has not been switch on for 6 years and has been in multiple house moves.
I refurbished it back in 2005 with all new capacitors plus a few other components then put it boxed up in my collection.

It seems like in addition to the vertical being a bit shrunk, it's also kind of shaky. Maybe it's more obvious in the video than IRL, but it looks like the picture is jumping around on the screen between frames

Hey Rob, do you want an iiyama Vision Master Pro 451 A902MT? It's a stunning picture but the flyback I think is on its way out. The picture will start expanding and shrinking. I don't have the expertise to repair it.
