I saw this item when first released but getting it was impossible. Now ver 3 seems easy to get. Any idea if a xl size shirt version is available? Maybe xxl? Maybe the one that just fits around neck is ok.

I bought one fron Japan, and yu can't download the app outside Japan / Hong Kong. Can't use the settings!

Help! I bought one and can't download the app. Google play store states this device not compatible in your region. I live in the U.S. Do you have any problem downloading? This device doesn't work without an app.

Look for the app in APK version in Google.

I had to do a whole dance with iOS registering a second iCloud account and pretending to be located in Japan before I could download the app but now it's running and I've ordered a Reon 3 through eBay. I hope customs will let it slip or the fees are not too much here in Europe

Came for a review of the device and had to fast forward through 5 minutes of talking before I even saw a box. Trim the fat and give people what they want. Information on the device and no fluff.

It was deliberate that I didn't put the word "review" in the title because I have not use it and have no idea what to expect. you want a review wait for it. Your came with your expectations and they failed you. Don't expect, you will have less disappointments. You wasted your time, great. Will I change the way I do my videos, absolutely no. You want information, go read the website, it's all there. Show respect and be polite, because I do not like to delete the voices of people who watch my videos.

The silicone piece probably reduces the efficiency of that unit quite a bit...

This is the worst, just look at the area that covers for cooling or heating--so freaking TINY! Also, this "entire" area does not remain stuck to your body when you use it. It constantly moves, well, unless you sit motionless and uptight. The cool/heating area and its effect is also very low for a regular-size human body. On a blistering hot day or freezing cold temperature, it has *laughable* effect. Just a joke of a device! Talking from experience. Bought it off of eBay here in the US, sold it off there almost half-price. WASTE of MONEY. PERIOD. You have been warned!

@@ave4997 I bought Reon 2 with the neckband, but it was so baaaaaad as I wrote up there that I sold it on eBay. Yikes.
