I ended up buying two of these and they are great. Would be nice if in future remotes they can give the option of operating more than one camera.....Why I have two.

I agree. I would actually like mine to work on all three of my Sony Cameras - ZV-1, ZV-E10, and ZV-E1

Is this only for the ZV-E1 or does it work with the family of Sony cameras like the ZV-E10 as well?

I haven't tried, but I believe it will work for the entire ZV Family of Sony cameras at least. I will try it with my ZV-E10 tonight and see if it works, then let you know.

Hi bud! As the remote doesn't have an "off" switch, I think that the lock button may have a similar function but I can't confirm that. I have been looking on every site and nobody says anything about it. You have confirmed that? Thanks bud.

I lock mine whenever I finish using it, and the battery is still the original after almost a year.

Does it do autofocus stacking? especially on Sony 6400 or Sony a7iii?

I assume you mean the Sony ZV-E1 Camera. I have to admit I am NOT an expert on Sony Still photography, however I do not see that option in my camera's menu system.

Might be defective. Make sure the batter is in correctly and it is not switched to 'Lock' on the side

@@PE4Doers I'm sorry it was my mistake. Apparently there was a sticker at the bottom of the new battery so after I took it off everything was fine. Thanks for the quick response
