@@MrCharlou92 the p30 lite has Bluetooth version 4.2 which is older than the 5.0 found in the earphones that's why there's latency.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed, from the purchase. I tested this product thoroughly , and I didn't noticed this issue. But when i focused really hard I indeed noticed the white noise when I connected the earphones via Bluetooth to my smartphone. but when I played music or KZfaq videos this white noise completely disappeares and after few seconds I basically forget about the existence of the white noise. Only when I stopped the videos or the music I could hear the white noise. In my opinion it's not terrible, even with the white noise I still think they are great. but each of us have react differently and has different level of sensitivity. So I really hope you succeed to replace the earphone or receive your money back.

Absolutely agree. I bough it today, and after try it, went back to the store here in New York and returned them. I couldn't bear the White Noise.. and also agree that this is serious problem that should be mentioned.
