I have never had such bad issue opening the GoPro 10. Is there anything else besides my nail to open. I have broken nails twice. I am really disappointed & would love it if you had other theories 😂🤣

Why when i press the power button, the power light lights up and the the blue tooth button lights up and makes a sound, but no sound emits from the speaker? What am I doing wrong?
