I cannot find aspect ratio. When I click image quality/record, I see file format, movie settings,S&Q settings and proxy settings. Please help me if anybody knows the answer I have to watch all of your videos about the camera, and I still cannot figure out how to get it to that.

I bought this camera for travel vlogging let me say this it crops in a lot even at 16: - is there a way to adjust this because it’s not helping

Since the sensor is a cropped sensor with a fixed lens,there is no way you can adjust it. One thing I would suggest is make sure your camera is zoomed out

Is your camera zoomed in? That might be the reason why!
