Won't feel pain loneliness fear hunger or any other bad and negative feeling so why fear to go home where we came from? I found this calming music after bringing my baby home from the NICU i played it for him every night for the first couple of weeks of him being home. It really helped us all calm down, now every time I get stressed and I can't sleep I play this. And it's connected to a beautiful core memory of my son coming home. It still calms him down to this day ❤️😌

I don’t know what I would do without this sound sometimes! Some might think it’s silly but sometimes when I really need it, it’s the only sound that makes me feel peaceful in all the chaos, switching off every bad thought, big or small so I can just rest. Going through some of these messages, the kindness and love people send out is amazing! People’s stories just makes you feel like you not alone, it’s the small things. For people like me who are struggling to hold on to their hope for a better tomorrow, keep holding on. I’ve fallen so many times in the past couple of weeks with things like drug addiction, bad relationships, loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts and staying positive. I won’t give up and the hope for a better tomorrow is all I have sometimes. The darker the night, the brighter the morning to come. Be the light in someone else’s world. Sleep easy

They say it's always darkest before the dawn, but that dawn brings us a new day. My mom always says her father told her "Never give up!" So I was raised hearing those same words. Now I say them to my husband who is in recovery, never give up, keep showing up. Just get up, get dressed & go out to do your best. Sweet dreams my friends. Never give up.
