Doctor up your cauliflower rice with toasted pine nuts or almonds, dates or dried currants, lots of fresh herbs, unsweetened coconut flakes, or chopped fresh chile.

Sophia I feel is the first new person on the level of the old crew. Great on camera personality. Definitely as much of a presenter as she is a chef.

I made this! Exchanged cranberries for the raisins and only had almond slices... but it was delicious. Thank you Sophia friend in my head for making a dish under 500 calories which tasted phenomenal

I made this tonight and OMG it was so good!!! I was hesitant to add raisins to it, but no- that is a must! Made such a good mix of flavors. Really yummy!!

that was my favourite new host so far!! though, I have to say, you guys might be introducing too many too fast. I feel like slowly introducing hosts and have videos where they interact with already established hosts as a way to build dynamics and chemistry is the way to go, and we have been seeing that in some vids, but it hasn't been consistent. again, sophia was amazing here!!

I LOVE HER PERSONALITY!! She is a ~bit~ too much and at times overdramatic, but too much is MUCH better than not enough, which is my main issue with the other new chefs. If Bon Appetit ever rebuilds it's past test kitchen crew, I really hope she is one of them!

Sooo I haven’t been watching much BA recently... BUT you put my favorite @sophia_roe on so I had to check this one out!! Everyone should follow her on Instagram. Her story is amazing, she is a fantastic chef, and just a genuine human being (despite being quite the intense Scorpio 😈 hahahaha) who’s willing to share her knowledge and make cooking restaurant quality food accesible, which is what this channel is all about. Happy to see a fresh yet familiar face on here!
