Blue Green Algae Smoothie
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups coconut water
1 banana, frozen
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1 tsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp. sunflower seed butter
1 tsp. coconut butter or coconut cream
Lemon zest of one lemon
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Blue Majik
Blend together until smooth!
*makes enough for 2 smoothies
Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade/Hot Toddy
ingredients
2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flower petals
5 cups of water
2 tsp lemon juice
4-6 ice cubes
3-4 drops of stevia
Heat 5 cups of water on medium-heat, add dried butterfly pea flower petals. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain, and set butterfly pea flowers aside for another use. Pour tea liquid in a jar, and let come to room temperature. Prepare two glasses with ice cubes, and add 2 tsp of lemon juice in each cup, top the cups off with butterfly pea tea, and watch the magic happen! You can add stevia, and some lemon zest for taste, and garnish! Save the rest of your tea for later use!
