Sophie my partner has been a smoker for years - 3 months ago he made the jump to quit and this was like the 5th try but it’s been his longest yet! He tried all sorts of things in the past for smoking cessation but what has worked the best so far has been nicotine gum! He’s slowly tapering down in hopes of being completely off it in a few more months but he has not even craved a cigarette or vaped in a while now. So, could be a good option! I know it’s not as good as cold turkey but it’s a start and I know with him it’s been such a huge help. Praying he can stick to it and then completely be off the gum by the end of this year ❤️ Hope you can find something that will work for you if you decide to make the leap to move away from vaping. And don’t beat yourself up over it! It’s one of the hardest habits to kick - so give yourself grace.

Absolute BEST truth or drink videos I have ever seen. Real thoughtful interesting informative funny questions that most were ACTUALLY ANSWERED in depth. I loved everything about this video. It wasn’t the typical video where the emphasis was on getting drunk with no intention to answer any of the difficult or embarrassing questions. I am a long time subscriber and Once again this channel motivates me work hard in to change my life for the better. Loved seeing how much they truly care about each other. Having Andy as a manager is truly a blessing. He seems like a wonderful smart good man.
