@@MediocreMolly Fruit and cheese is a classic combo. Fancy caterers will literally take a scoop out of a watermelon cube and fill it with feta. Soft cheeses like cream cheese, brie, and mascarpone also pair quite well with fruit

Fun fact: the facebook videos have much higher viewcounts because facebook auto-plays videos in your news feed as you scroll past them. People didn't actually click on those videos.

Also, facebook counts a video playing for 3 seconds or more as a view, whereas it is "about 30 seconds" for youtube videos. Obviously, this combined with the auto-play means that only a tiny fraction of the "viewers" on facebook have actually watched the video.

One thing I really love about this is how James always is like, "there's absolutely nothing wrong with x, if x is what you want to do." It's a really great way to talk to people about food, and about how food is really so subjective, it's really up to what you want to do with it. Also I like how Jamie's just always got an attitude of "I'm just happy to be here!"

I love how they really enjoy talking to each other. It's been years, and you can always see they are happy to simply be together. I don't like all their recipes and videos, but I always enjoy how you can feel their friendship at every moment. Really nice guys.

We always make great shepherds pie out of leftover lamb and gravy from a roast. It has all the tender pulled prices texture and can be made entirely out of leftovers if you have mash as the potatoes.

I was always taught to make Shepard’s pie with leftover roast beef so that you get the really nice sauce but without having to do the extra work of cooking the meat on the day you eat it!

when I saw that i was cringing all over. i dont know how strong that sauce was but that guy had no contingency plan if things went wrong. and you don't want that stuff any where near your eyes, especially if you not equipped to wash it out. theirs a bunch of youtuber who do stupid stuff like that without fully considering safety. the backward scientist is an other one who make me cringe as he does experiment wearing nylon short under his lab coat. i coïncider good pair of coton trouser more important than a lab coat especially with what he does.

There is no "main guy" on SORTED and Ben Ebrell *can't* look like Harry Potter, who is a fictional character, unless you meant Daniel Radcliffe, who is a real person not named Harry Potter, but who also bears no resemblance to Ben Ebrell. Tidy up your thought processes, that is just really sloppy.

Honestly I don't think production quality is as important as a lot of youtubers think it is. Old school youtube was mostly people having fun with pretty basic equipment, the attraction was the jokes, charisma, and personality of the person on screen. Clear audio is important but that's really where the bar is set. KZfaq doesn't have to be TV quality cause it's not TV (though it seems to be going that way).
