How to cook Sotanghon Guisado na pasok sa panlasa ng mga Pinoy. We used Good life vermicelli for the sotanghon but you can use other brands. You must use atsuete seeds to give a more flavorful color for this sotanghon guisado. We used chicken on this recipe but you can experiment with other meats like pork.
Ingredients:
300 grams Chicken Thigh Fillet
250 grams Sotanghon
1 Stalk Onion Leeks
1/2 Cabbage
1 Tablespoon Atsuete Seeds
1 Piece Green Bell Pepper
1 Piece Carrots
60 grams Snow Peas
1Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Piece Onion
1 Sachet Oyster Sauce
1 Piece Chicken cubes
Black Pepper
