Ingredients
200g - Chicken breast
Water for boiling
Salt
200g - pork belly
Salt
Oil
3 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Onion
1/2 cup - Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup - Chicken liver
1/2 cup - Carrots
1/2 cup - Wood ear mushrooms
1 cup - Shrimp
3 tbsp - Fish sauce
3 tbsp - Oyster sauce
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup - Shrimp heads
1/2 cup - Mushrooms stock
4 cups - Chicken stock
1/3 cup - Annatto oil
4 tbsp - Oyster sauce
3 tbsp - Fish sauce
300g - Vermicelli noodles
Black pepper
2 cups - Cabbage
2 tbsp - Sesame oil
Garnish:
8pcs - Quail eggs
Spring onion
