Thank you so much, dear Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche! This Meditation is soo precious and effektive. One of the greatest treasures on KZfaq, along with most of the other ones of this series. Its nearly always the effect of plugin "me" in, connecting to the source and fully recharging from 20 to 100 percent charge!!! Reliable!! Discovering the always fresh and new miracle of ones own being...the space, awareness and warm presence within. I am so thankful for these gifts!

Yes he is MOST Excellent ... we are so fortunate to have him on this medium for people everywhere to access this and his other teachings . It would be wonderful if more of the Tibetan llamas have their teachings on KZfaq ... is SO IMPORTANT ... now more than ever .

Yes so true and it just so happened I'm seeing this for the first time at 6:30 this morning . i started off earlier around 5 a.m. doing mantras ... i did almost 1,200 of them ... not fast either but at a nice pace . This was so perfect after that repetition .

Lama Gursam ... he is very powerful ... he's the one who travels around the world doing animal blessings ... his teachings are wonderful and there's a few vids of him here on the tube . But most of the Tibetan lamas ... probably ALL of them are Shaman ... other ones for example are in the rainforest in Brazil ... Another good one is Jorge Hachumak ... there are a number of vids of him ... the first one i ever saw was called Way of the Shaman ... probably still here on the tube .

And you do have to be very careful nowadays ... there are many people calling themselves shaman ... but they are not ... even if they trained and studied for it ... real true Shamanism comes from old , ancient indigenous cultures . Even some people who have the true desire to help others and heal them are not always true shaman ... you know you could go to a doctors and be able to tell which ones are the true healers and which one should have gone into another line of work and become stock brokers... it's the same thing . About eight years ago there was actually someone on the internet in the Dallas , Texas area calling himself a Shaman , saying he even does bachelorette parties ... trust me ... not a true shaman .
