SoulLess MV - music video with footage from the movie SoulLess to the song B.A.U. - Gloom.
The movie "SoulLess" is a critique of modern society, in which material wealth and success become the main goal of life. The main character, Max, is a typical representative of this society, who lives for money and status. He uses his knowledge and connections to move up the career ladder and receive more and more material benefits.
However, as the movie progresses, Max begins to realize that his life is empty and meaningless. He understands that his success came at the expense of other people and that he doesn't deserve what he has. He is trying to rethink and change his life.
The movie also raises the question of what real freedom is. Max, after being fired from his job and deprived of all the trappings of a well-fed life, begins to appreciate the simple things in life, such as communicating with people and helping those in need. He begins to understand that true freedom does not depend on material wealth and status, but on how we live and what values we choose.
The movie "SoulLess" encourages viewers to think about what is truly important in their lives.
In turn, the song “Gloom” is uncharacteristically serious for the work of the group B.A.U., it touches on a whole set of “eternal” themes: time and its transience, fate and its irony, loneliness, loss and despair. It talks about how the transience of time and the inevitability of fate can lead to a feeling of despair and loss of meaning in life. At the same time, the song also reflects the strength of spirit and a person’s ability to survive difficulties and continue to live despite all the difficulties and trials.
Thus, we can say that the song “Gloom” by the group B.A.U. and the movie "SoulLess" have a common theme of loneliness, despair and the loss of meaning in life in modern society.
This clip is experimental. The film as a whole is not rushed, and it would be problematic to fit its visuals to the tempo of such a dynamic song without a significant loss of meaning. Therefore, I decided to go a different route and in some places I didn’t even intentionally achieve synchronization. It seemed that in this case it would be appropriate to try to cause some dissonance and discomfort in the viewer. The same purpose is served by some not particularly pleasant effects, which I tried to take the video sequence into some semblance of an arthouse.

О клипе: Фильм "ДухLess" представляет собой критику современного общества, в котором материальные блага и успех становятся главной целью жизни. Главный герой, Макс, является типичным представителем этого общества, который живет ради денег и статуса. Однако, в процессе фильма Макс начинает осознавать, что его жизнь пуста и бессмысленна. Он понимает, что его успех был достигнут за счет других людей и что он не заслуживает того, что имеет. Он пытается переосмыслить и изменить свою жизнь. Фильм также поднимает вопрос о том, что такое настоящая свобода. Макс, после того как его увольняют с работы и он лишается всех атрибутов сытой жизни, начинает ценить простые вещи в жизни, такие как общение с людьми и помощь нуждающимся. В то же время, песня также отражает силу духа и способность человека переживать трудности и продолжать жить, несмотря на все трудности и испытания. Таким образом, можно сказать, что песня "Мрак" группы Б.А.У. и фильм "ДухLess" имеют общую тему одиночества, отчаяния и потери смысла жизни в современном обществе. Данный клип - экспериментальный. Фильм в целом не спешный, и уложить его видеоряд в темп такой динамичной песни без существенной потери смысла было бы проблематично. Потому решил пойти другим путём и местами даже намеренно не добивался синхронизации. Показалось, что в данном случае будет уместно попытаться вызвать у зрителя некоторый диссонанс и дискомфорт. Этой же цели служат и некоторые не особо приятные эффекты, которыми попытался увести видеоряд в некое подобие артхауса.

А начало клипа не у prodigy подсмотренно случайно? Клип на песню smack my bitch up Ладно шучу. Просто как только твой клип начался я сразу мгновенно продиджи вспомнил. Мы их клип в детстве помню заездили до упора,всмысле видео кассету :))))

@@vasaneff2253 хах. Действительно похоже. Но это случайно вышло. Я их клип никогда ранее не видел, т.к. не был их фанатом. Вполне возможно, что автор фильма в некоторых сценах вдохновлялся их клипом - я же все эти сцены не сам придумывал, а просто подбирал из фильма. Ну и к тому же у Продиджей в клипе есть ритм, а у меня тут скорее - антиритм. :)))

Фанат,не фанат... В те кассетные аж времена,хоть комп и был уже,у нас с братом мало было в выборе: дали кассету с мортал комбат - круто,мы ее тутже скопировали на чистую подключив второй магнитофон. Дали кассету с клипами продиджи мы и ее скопировали итд. Я тебе аж про 1996-1999 года рассказываю. Да! Было два! Видика не считая компа. Спасибо родителям бесконечно! За счастливое детство :)))))))
