I watched this audition when it happened. I was never a fan of opera, but I found myself following this young lady after she left AGT. She is now 21 and has also branched off into Christian/Gospel music and now and then performs with her younger sister Estera. Both have lovely voices and are such amazing young women. I know Laura and have seen lots of her newer stuff, I somehow discovered her and subbed to her channel about two years ago, but I never knew she was on AGT and I think I never saw her that young... Exceptional performance! She's really good! Wow! And she only got better...

Great reaction! I started tearing up too! Regardless of the genre you can feel the emotion in Laura's performance. Music is the universal language.

My Oh My. That was very beautiful! Such a sweet and humble young girl. And like you said, the genre doesn't really matter. If you feel it you feel it. And you asked me what I think about the performance. I FELT it as well. My waterworks aren't QUITE as often triggered as yours are, but this was an exception for sure. I saw 6 or 7 Lauras there for some time. And the FLASHBACKS..... My God the flashbacks. SO many similarities to Angelina here. She too was 13 when she performed on this show, albeit The Champions edition, where only previous winners from the regional scenes were invited. She also got the Golden Buzzer, and also in her case all the judges came onto the stage to congratulate her. Simon included. That whole video is out on YT, but it is somewhat hard to find. Laura is one of those artists that you instantly KNOW that you will hear a lot more from. Maybe a bit unlike you, I do listen to my fair share of opera as well, and this was of course extremely good, not only for being 13, but her age just makes it all the more remarkable. I need to see what more I can find from her. It would be nice if you could react to Andrea Bocelli some time, just so that I can hear what you think. He is one of my all time favorite opera singers. Beyond Beautiful ❤️‍🔥 the song is Nessun dorma 😊 she is an incredible talent; but she only came in 6th in AGT, same thing happened to Angelina Jordan, so maybe people are right about the golden buzzer; that it hinders the person that gets the golden buzzer; but maybe not; because the golden buzzer shows that the person is extraordinary, that the golden buzzer is winning AGT, now all the person needs to do is keep working at their craft and become a master at it, because most of the people that actually win AGT, you never hear of again 🙏 maybe that is the purpose of the golden buzzer, saying you are phenomenal, you don't need to win AGT, you are a winner, all that person needs to to is keep going and working hard and make a success of yourself and the world will know your name 🌟

Hello my sweet girl! So I’m going to be like Simon re: Kasey lol. For a long time I used to not speak what I was feeling but I found my voice & staying true to myself has changed my life. She is not my cup of tea. (I love tea btw. Lolol. I’m part British I swear!) 😂I will say however that she is a genuine artist. That def shines thru. Miss Laura tho?? WOW! There are adult opera singers who have trained for years who don’t sound like that. Amazing. So in the spirit of Christmas if you have the time pls react to John Legend & Carrie Underwood singing Hallelujah. It is not the traditional Hallelujah we all know. This was written by John & Toby Gad for Carrie’s Christmas album. She would only sing it if John sang it with her. 🥹It came out in 2020 & I’m sad to say I only heard it for the 1st time last Christmas. Before I heard it I thought it might be somewhat of an odd pairing. But OMG!! Their voices are STUNNING together!! This song is BREATHTAKING!! The lyrics and their performances. Just beautiful. Even if you don’t react to it, if you’ve never heard it before do yourself a favor & listen to it. It made me cry & I told you I’m not a crier Lolol. So have your tissues handy love.
