Sound Design Contest 2022 | asoundeffect.com
First place (tied)
According to the rules of the contest, no sounds from any existing sound library were used - all sounds were either recorded or synthesized by myself.
The judge on this year's contest was Mattia Cellotto. The video is a clip from the trailer for his library 'Animal Hyperrealism Vol III' (so this is technically a redesign).

Project Black | FISHLABS
Project Black was an internal IP developed by FISHLABS. In September 2023, it was unfortunately cancelled by Embracer.
I was working on the project as Senior Sound Designer. My contributions on the project include the voice design and foley on the creature featured in the clip, and some 3D environment elements in the jungle. I designed a jungle ambience from scratch for the silent shots, but the in-game environment pads were originally designed by my Lead, Philipp Karadensky.
The jungle shots were graciously provided by Denis Novikov (Senior 3D Environment Artist) (more credits in the following links)

The creature scene was directed by Geoffrey Grandseigne (Cinematics & Animation Director) (more credits in the following link)

Shout-out to the awesome audio team I had at Fishlabs: Philipp Muckenfuss (Audio Director), Philipp Karadensky (Lead Sound Designer), Adrian Cristea (Senior Audio Programmer), Felix Krejci (Senior Sound Designer) and Liam West (Audio QC)
If you want to have a look at the gorgeous art that was being done by the amazing team at FISHLABS:

A lot of these bird and insect sounds are 100% synthesized. If you're interested in learning the process, check out this tutorial:

Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance | Tuque Games
The audio for Dark Alliance was delivered by Vibe Avenue, where I worked as a sound designer.
My contributions include:
- some in-game monster voice design (most notably but not only on the Trolls, the Wraiths and the Dragon boss)
- most monster voice design in the cinematics
- most 'special effect' dialogue processing for in-game dialogues, barks/banters and cinematics
- SFX design on three cinematics: the game opening, the closing cinematic and the epilogue (post-credits) cinematic.
All sounds heard in this section of the demo were designed by me. In the version originally delivered, all monster voices were designed by me, but some of the sounds (most notably ambiences) were designed by my good friend Florian Abou Yehia (Sound Designer).
Special mention to my friend Manuel Silva (Sound Designer) who did an insane amount of audio design work on the project, and to my friend Nikola Viel (Audio Manager) who accomplished a colossal task coordinating the delivery of the cinematics. And another special mention to Sébastien Croteau and the Monster Factory, who did some insane vocalizations for some of these monsters.

Mekanik | personal project
The modeling and animation was made by me using Blender's geometry nodes.
To model the gears, I followed this tutorial by Default Cube:

Sound Design Contest 2021 | asoundeffect.com
First place
The only sounds allowed to be used for this sound design were a small library of EMF recordings provided by this year's jury, Spectravelers.
The video is a clip from the trailer for their library 'Quantum' (so this is technically a redesign).
1:28 - end
Convergence: A League Of Legends Story | Double Stallion
The audio for Convergence was delivered by Vibe Avenue. I worked on the project as Lead Sound Designer.
As a rule of thumb, if a sound is featured in one of these shots, it was designed by me. Exceptions include ambience pads by Rasoul Morteza (Sound Designer), and some enemy sounds by Frédéric Marceau (Sound Designer).
Special mentions: François Beauvais (Composer) who did an absolutely kickass job on some of these tracks, Frédéric Marceau (Sound Designer) who was the perfect wingman to deliver a metric ton of gameplay sounds (mostly enemies and level elements), Alexandre Choinière (Audio Programmer) without whom we wouldn't have been able to deliver these thousands of lines of dialogue, and Manuel Silva (Sound Designer) for his trusted pair of ears.

Wow really cool. Do you have a sample pack of this demo?
@HoMinhAudio

Thanks for the kind words Boris! 😄 I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean releasing individual sounds from the demo in a library? Most clips from this demo are from commercial game projects, so I don't own the rights to the sounds, they're assets in the project.

@@HoMinhAudio Well I think you could do a sample pack that is not exactly like the games but with similar sounds
