- The sound healing does use silence in between instruments
- Please use headphones or a good speaker at a medium level 🎧
- Find a comfortable space where you feel safe to relax
- Cleanse your space if appropriate 🌿 call in protection and love
- I invite you to use any essential oils or crystals into the session
- Set a healing intention whether that be bringing in love letting go of old patterns or simply just to relax 🕉
- When you lay down work your way through the body acknowledging all of your gorgeous being
- Take a deep breath in through the mouth and out the mouth with a space of about 4 seconds
- Bring the breath into the belly expanding the muscles
- Being the breath into the heart space feeling your intention 💚
- Gently close your eyes
- If you find yourself drifting away in thought know that they will come but they will also pass just like clouds passing in the sky ⛅️
- Take yourself into a place in nature which brings you joy
- Know that your breath can bring you back into the present moment
- After the journey drink lots of water, if you feel ungrounded have a bite to eat and rub your feet or take a walk in nature. 💧
- Give yourself a pat on the back for taking the time for yourself in this healing way
