Why does this album sound like the soundtrack for a coming of age movie or a montage of childhood memories?

This band is really good. I accidentally found this, and I keep listening to songs for a few years. Can anybody explain the meaning of the "title" (Not all who wonder are lost), please?? English is not my native language. (specially "wonder" part, but explain full sentence)
