My recommendations
Tribit stormbox micro 2 - $60 - 8/10 -
A really great sounding speaker at an affordable price and also very compact. Perfect for biking or the beach.
In addition, an application with an equalizer and a battery indicator is available
Soundcore Motion 300 - $80 - 7/10 -
Great sounding speaker with a nice customizable EQ and an adaptive EQ that changes the sound depending on position. But it can distort sometimes
JBL Partybox Encore - $300-330 - 9/10 -
A good loudspeaker with deep bass for a party. It has an equalizer app and has bass boost options that make it even better
will enhance the party. Additionally, there are 2 microphones in the box (USA) and 1 microphone in the EU. I even prefer the encore to the boombox 3. New models have now better battery.

I’ve put my Encore against so many other similar sized speakers and it’s hard to beat. Having 2 Encores is even better. I know the battery doesn’t last as good full blast, but I was able to get over 8 hours of nonstop music at 40-50% volume (no lights). ..I was surprised myself. Full blast…maybe just 2-3 hours if i’m lucky.

Are there only pictures with the speakers ? Where is the video with them actualy playing?! I have Partybox Encore , Boom 2 Plus, Boom 2 and a few other small speakers and the Encore is by far the portable speaker that i like the most from many that i owned through the time (marshall tufton, boombox 1&2 , extreme 2, Sony xb series, megaboom 1 & 3, wonderboom series, etc. ) I owned the Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus too that i sold to buy the Plus 2 and i feel that i've done a mistake :(( Yes, it s more eye pleasing, it s a beautiful speaker but the sound is very boomy, it has bass but not deep at all :(( Boom Plus sounded clearer to me, the battery in my opinion was better. I like lights :) that is a BIG plus for me. From these 3 speakera that i own at this time Encore takes first place even that the boom plus 2 is a bit louder, 2nd place is boom 2 which has somehow deep bass and 3rd place is boom plus 2 because the sound is not clear enough given the size and advertising (fake advertising) . It s not a bad speaker (b+2) but is below my standards. Good that in Europe is 200 euro and i've purchased at a lower price than regular price.

Funny how the pb encore wich is an absolute bass monster sounds better for casual losteming than the boom 2 plus, i hope jbl can relase pb encore 2 with same price and longer battery

Yes, I love encore for really balanced sound. It got way better low mids than all other partyboxes (even this ultimate thing)

@@DominikReviews i agree, there's no speaker the same size/category that exceeds the encore deep bass.. And I'm really excited for this Uboom X release. Please review it as soon as it's available. I just want medium size portable speaker something like the Boombox line up but not expensive one so the Uboom X perfectly fits my need. I also like the Stormbox Blast but it's abit old now and it doesn't have the shoulder strap which is abig deal to me as i carry my speakers wherever i go or work😅

Depends on what type of listening you do, if you like more energetic music go for pb, if its more Relaxed music go for hk
