Fevibond Tip : Apply Thin layer on both the sticking surface, rub it with a plastic material until it is spread evenly, let it dry for a minute or two & Stick both the surfaces for better adhesion.

I actually didn't even need to take the earpads off, I just stitched the two sides together with a small needle and a black nylon thread.

I would use something called contact cement instead of needle and thread apply with brush let dry and when you touch it together it will never come apart again
