I don't know if this mantra works for you, but in my case it acts as a painkiller! This human being, this Guru has altered my view on how to exist, especially when going through hurdles. When I first listened him chanting "Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya" my spine immediately became erected as if a ''source of light'' entered my body! I just can't explain why I am having such experiences with this person, his talks, his books! A bless for our era to have him with us!

There are 4 ways to be receptive to yoga - Karma Yoga, Bakhti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Raja Yoga. In Raja Yoga there is energy dimensions which can be transmitted, once you are receptive to Sadhguru presence, you are now present to the Cosmos itself, and the cosmos will not let you leave as now not only is your energy conscious, your body, mind and emotions are receptive even without you understanding or being conscious of this dimension of Life, you are now connected to Life itself.

Brahmananda Swaroopa, Isha Jagadisha Akhilananda Swaroopa, Isha Mahesha It was this chant, during the end of the 7 days doing Inner Engineering ( the 1st part of IE is 7 sessions), That I became almost overwhelmed with emotion, and the tears just kept comming. I dont know what I released in those minutes, but whatever it was, it was then replaced with so much love and peace, that I had never felt in my entire life. Brahman means boundless or the ultimate reality. Ananda means the blissfulness or ecstasy of the Creator, and Swaroopa is the form or image of the ecstasy of the Creator. "Isha is that which rules and Jagadisha is the ruler of the existence. Akhila means everything, all inclusiveness is Akhila. And that which is everything, the image of that, is Mahesha. So the Creator is referred to in so many ways. When we chant Brahmananda Swaroopa, we are saying everything is an image of the ecstasy of the Creator."

Many have dedicated their energy in chanting this. It is stored in the Akash. This is why it feels so powerful. I can feel it too. Goosebumps. Prana is flowing. I am currently adding my own, which I have plenty of since developing my Ojas, Halo or Enji fully. 🙏🕉😇

Hindu dharma is was spiritual technology developed over millennium. I bet no other part of the world has this kind of technology. We call it sanatan dharma. Sadly it was destroyed, mismanaged and misunderstood because in various aspect due to many invasion to india. Even many Indians now don't even know it exits. Especially this current gen people (indians itself) labeling it pseudoscience because they never tried or it doesn't agree with their logical brain and political beliefs. But there are many other set of people (indians) understood the real significance of it. I can see it reviving rapidly. Pranam 🙏

Well... Today was my second day of this chanting... Yesterday, the first day...i felt it difficult to sit for 10.min...😅 I literally like opened my eyes so many times in between... Felt nothing so special on day one... But today... I felt something... I did it continuously with full concentration... And I saw an image of sadhguru... Older than he is looking now... How could I explain that image... It was so so so beautiful... I saw it... And I instantly had Khushi ke aansu... Really it happened with me... I wanna show that beautiful image to everyone... Ahmen, the pain I had in my lower back just ... like the pain in my lower back was peeled off it was pulled off of me. It was a supernatural loving, peaceful healing, all negative energy ran out the room ..You are no doubt a true chosen one. GOD as chosen you . To heal the world of pain ...and you bring love with healing. A heat of warmth. How do I keep from crying. All of my body pains are dissappearing . Isabel amiga mía, me gusta mucho ese canto pero no creo que en Israel lo hubiera cantado alguien mientras Jesús iba a la cruz, la gente se iba gozando en el sufrir de Cristo, prefirieron soltar a Barrabás ... Era un espectáculo de carnicería pura crueldad. De dónde sacas que lo cantaron ahí? Dónde lo leíste o viste, La biblia no dice eso.
