When will Heos support KZfaq music?

I have been dealing with a HEOS issue for weeks now and still have not gotten a resolution from Tech Support. They keep having me try different things (delete/readd speakers; delete/readded HEOS account; clear out queue lists; and the list goes on), after investing a ton of money in Denon Equipment, what do I have to do to get a guy like "Mike" to give me a call and help figure out the issue?

When will we get updates on new HEOS products? Specifically, I would love to know if there is a replacement for the HEOS SuperLink for multi-room whole home audio. Right now there is no Denon/HEOS solution on the market. Thanks for any details you can share.

Simple question, I think. I have a new Marantz SR8015 in entertainment room and a new Denon AVR-X2800H 7.2 for the living rm. So if I play a blue ray audio disc or a CD (or KZfaq from ROKU) on the Marantz, through HEOS can I simultaneously play it on the Denon? Mind you, I have little or no interest in wireless speakers HEOS or any other, and just want to play the music back from the Receiver amp to my existing speakers. Although this seems simple and intuitive, I've not heard this arrangement clearly expressed in this or other videos about HEOS. I've only heard of HEOS speaker devices. So am I good with my Marantz and Denon playing to their wired conventional speakers?? Thanks for your answer.

Do you think it's possible to add the information in the app of the Denon Home product shortcut boutons. When we selected on the product a shortcut, we cannot know what's is selected on each shortcut. Having a reference on the app will be a nice upgrade.

With the new line of AVRs from Denon and Marantz, are there any updates to HEOS music streaming?

Will, at some point, playback for Amazon Music work again with HEOS built-in / AVC-4500H. No matter what I try to play, the app would display a wait spinner, and after a couple of seconds, show a song I played on the receiver when I first got it, with playback stopped. Pressing play will also show the spinner, and then return to playback stopped? Oh. There's a new firmware available that hadn't been last time I checked. And after updating, it plays the requested music. Now that's better.

Een vraag die niet in je video werd aangeboden. Deezer hifi wordt niet ondersteund door heos-apparaten. Nu zeg je alles over de geluidskwaliteit in de video, maar met de Deezer hifi app krijg ik maar 320kb in plaats van de beloofde 1411kb. Is dat iets dat zo blijft of komt er in de toekomst een verandering met betrekking tot Deezer hifi-ondersteuning? Persoonlijk vind je het onmogelijk dat zo'n hoog aangeschreven merk als Marante & Denon zo tekortschiet op het gebied van geluidskwaliteit! I know this question has nothing directly to do with your topic today :-) but why is it that both denon and marantz do not make uhd players that match their avr selection? I know the quick answer that it is because there is no market for it. most people stream their films, but we are now quite a few who still choose the physical disc over the only streaming of films option, you can just make the player so that it can both stream all the popular services but at the same time also make an insanely good uhd player :-) so why not do it ??? Sincerely.

Sir I have heos on my marantz sr7013 I can't receive classic FM which is an English UK classical radio station when I click on the app classic FM heos tells me this station is not available in your country I live in Ireland and classic FMUK is 500 miles away from me in the middle of London so Mr Jones can you tell me or get this fixed why It is happening thanking you all it means I could receive classic FM which is in HD on my amplifier direct but it tells me not available please fix it thank you
