This app is garbage. I couldn’t get it to find my studio 3D mini sound bar. I even hardwired the sound bar to my router and the app still wouldn’t detect it. Def tech please dump this frustrating hot garbage app. It’s a bad look for you as there are much better options out there.

6 months and Cinema 30 is still not on the authorized AVR list for the Microsoft app.

App is much improved however when I use universal search and type in tidal essentials I only get a few listings within the HEOS app but when I type in the same in the tidal app I get more choices for essential artist playlists so for me I still have to go to the tidal app and then back to HEOS app - would love to just use one app to stream rather than going back and forth to find music. As I said the app has come along way from 5 years ago.

Tidal connect is on the road map 🎉🎉 I asked the question with Denon the other day and was told to keep an eye out for updates it may arrive very soon- people moan about HEOS but for me it’s more stable than Sonos and when updates do arrive they don’t ruin the app 😂😂😂

I would love to try this out but given my AVR is 4 years old, I am hesitant as then I will have to purchase this again as its tied to the machine. That continues to be a deal breaker for me.

Product presentation vs actual is different. Like they shows 2 HDMI out in 70s, but actually it is only one and 70s is not 50 watt all channels as speaker said in the video.

I bought a Denon AVR x2800h about a week ago, even though I made a lot of adjustments and made a sound system, unfortunately I couldn't get the efficiency and sound I wanted. Before this, I had a Sony STR dn 1080 and its sound was great and fascinating, but Denon has a full unpleasant sound tone, I can't get over it, it has software. Is it possible to turn it on or do I have the device in my hand? If this happens, I will use it for a year and then switch to Marant. Why does this device have no bass or a full sound? Unfortunately, despite my adjustment efforts for 5 days, I could not get any results.

Used this video to fine tune and override. Best results yet. Thanks for the video!!! Please in future updates and if not possible, create receivers with more than two profiles for those with multiple environments. E.g Open or closed doors /movable walls etc...

We really need more than two presets. Two is not really enough. Ok for a b testing but 3 or 4 would help for ab testing and keeping a reference. Otherwise, I have to create multiple files.... I mean if you can do two you can do more. Could this be a future update? Or is there not enough memory in the receivers?

When I use search, nothing from Spotify is listed. When I select Spotify on HEOS, it takes me away from HEOS to Spotify. Can’t see playlists or favorite songs. I have the latest update (ver 3.19.150) Did the app change

Really bad move by B&W - they COULD at least add one USB for direct wired connection. Just in case the wireless connection does not work / drops-off / causes interruptions etc.

What skybox ,optical ,heos ,streaming ? Only one thing Music ....phono in , cd , more inputs ,and rec out this it is next time an amp for music only ... Denon Rules

DTS:X Pro isn't working with games on Xbox. Only 11 speakers are active on my X6700H.

I’m an IT developer for 20 years and this app is the worst piece of crap ever! App crashes willy nilly; volume goes up or down randomly on its own; music stops playing and rooms get s ungrouped randomly. Even with our ultra-fast WiFi, this app just doesn’t work! Stay away from this piece of BS. I wished I never spent 70K on this ecosystem. Read all the 21K horrendous reviews on Apple and google play store and save yourself the headache . Take your money elsewhere with Sonos or Bose ! You will regret investing in Denon because the app stinks ! Still doesn’t work with KZfaq or airplay. What a joke ! I mean fire your college dropouts developers and hire some real experienced developers. My goodness!!! Happy to even code and develop for free . The UI/UX is horrendous too! Good grief ! I’m so frustrated and wish my integrator never mentioned HEOS, should have stuck with my guts and chose Sonos. HEOS app stinks!
