Ingredients:
Sweet Stiff Starter:
30g active sourdough starter
90g bread or AP flour
40g water
15g sugar

120g milk
20g sugar
230g flour
20g melted butter
Instructions
The night before:
Prepare the sweet stiff starter:
30g active sourdough starter
90g bread or AP flour
40g water
15g sugar
Leave it overnight on the counter
Mix the stiff starter, 120g milk, 20g sugar, 230g flour, salt, and knead. Then add 20g melted butter and knead until the dough is smooth. Cover and proof the dough until it doubles or triples in size.
Mix blueberries with sugar and cook until it becomes jam.
Divide the dough into six equal parts. Roll out each part into a long, oval shape. Spread the jam evenly on the dough. Roll up the dough and ensure that all the seams are closed. Cut into two strips and swirl them. Repeat the process with all of the pieces of dough. Place on the parchment paper and let it proof for about an hour. Egg wash and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. That's it - sourdough blueberry breadsticks are ready!
