It tastes like beer to me. But it is non alcoholic.

No. Refrigerate first or slowly release pressure is the way to do it. This was just for fun.

This is non alcoholic, but tastes like beer. 😊

​@@AmateurFoodAlchemistYou didn't add enough sugar then. Some recipes run about 1 cup per liter, and can have alcohol content in 48 hours rivaling wines with a particularly resistant yeast variety.
