This is arriving with you as quickly as the Loftus wi-fi will allow it, ha! So apologies for the delay! This stadium MORE than makes up for it in atmosphere and energy. An awesome day, and my thoughts following the final whistle.

No he isn’t. Watch the 2023 Challenge Cup final - his performance in that game was an embarrassment - offside all night, patting opponents on the head, several late shots on the opposition, and about as useful as a chocolate fire guard in attack. @harshbutfair89938 күн бұрын
The South African national anthem is amazing. Love that it's in several languages. I'm saying this as an Irishman, but I think our song is far from iconic, at best passible. And it isn't our national anthem, it's a song created to be used by all Ireland teams, I personally am not a fan of the song at all, though I do recognise that they could hardly use our (Republic of Ireland) national anthem when it's meant to be all island. I wish they could come up with something similar to what South Africa have, have verses in both Irish and English. It's pretty bad imo to have an English only song, when it's not the original language of the island.

Tim, I was really worried in the first quarter, but after that I have to say I am so very very,proud of how Ireland played, they kept their cool, but played their hearts out, never giving up. Neutral here. Great contest. Ireland were hard done by with that Lowe try. Kelleher was still on his feet and it was his foot that knocked the ball back just as he was falling, he didn't touch it with his hand. It was the wrong decision imo and it completely changed the game. The foot in touch one was 50/50 so I had no problem with the decision going to the attacking side. Ultimately, there is nothing separating these two sides. They're very evenly matched. Nexts weeks test will be huge and Ireland will be gunning for the win.

@PB22559 as an irish i dont think the tmo got it wrong with that one. When his foot touched the ball he was off his feet. That makes it illegal. Actually a very great spot by the TMO. Banger game. Don't let ref bashing ruin it.

@@PB22559 cant play the ball laying on your back with your foot, does not have to be your hands, but very close desitions indeed
@PB225599 күн бұрын
@@NickSterson Rugby has laws, not rules. The ruck wasn't claimed by either side. Kelleher (still on his feet) had every right to nudge the ball back to his side with his foot. It was a terrible decision from the tmo and ref. They didn't even check it properly, they just assumed he used his hand and also claimed he was off his feet (which he wasn't). That was the game changing decision that ended up resulting in a try for SA. Also, why wasn't Snymans late hit on Casey checked by the tmo or ref? The Irish players were all calling foul play and they were completely ignored. The tv director also didnt show even one replay of the incident which left Casey out cold and in a worrying condition. Ireland had 2 disallowed tries. The Doris 'non try' was also a 50-50 call. The same as the Lowe foot in touch call. SA got the crucial 50/50 calls from the ref today and that was the difference between the two sides.

As an Irish Fan , well done South Africa 👏👏 But still don"t understand the disallowed the Irish tries !!

Didnt they broadcast the tmo replays on your side? On our side the replays showed tmo's choices were fine
@pauljansen66509 күн бұрын
On field decisions were made, no evidence on multiple TMO angles to overturn them. Simple 😊

James Lowe was probably the best springbok player on the field,I mean he assisted us with two try’s😂

Superb test match both teams played their part. South Africa were very dominant physically as usual but Ireland managed to keep within distance just about ..... Can't wait till next week. Congratulations the Boks ..... Irish fan

Brilliant SA rugby embraced you and your channel.. the home nations need to have a word with themselves. Struggled to even find somewhere to listen to the game as I don't have sky sports. Enjoy your night lad.

Guys,we play a northern hemisphere schedule with you,and currie cup etc in between.we are just as tired as you and we have rugby championship the November tests and urc etc in between.england and Wales can call fatigue.not so much anyone playing sa.ireland have been number 1 for years.mayne still.but give credit to a equally tired boks team.what a game.ireland is pure class.thank you to all the men breaking their bodies in all the tests today

Plenty to work on for us. End of a long season for a lot of the Irish boys. They stuck in and fought hard against a top South African side. Good learning experience for Jamie Osborne who I thought was brilliant. The game could’ve gone either way. Congrats on the win South Africa. Onwards and upwards and all to play for next weekend. Come on Ireland!! 🇮🇪☘️💪🏻

I love your commitment to the channel. You clearly are flustered or overwhelmed after matches. But you get the wind down and give us that disjonted proper analysis nixed with the emotions of you and all people around the grounds. Amazing, thanks! hopefully some Pretoria guys will give you a few (more?) brandy and cokes for the rest of us who aren't there

A fantastic test match between two very evenly matched teams S.Africa had the rub of the green today that was the only difference between them [Colbies try] Ireland having tries disallowed also dodn't helpBut it did add to the tension and excitement Again a fantastic match
