There should be a law stating that if you want are a minister you must have knowledge in your field cos what's this now. I am a 100% sure i know more about defense than our minister of defense

Question is does she have experience in transportation or enough knowledge to ensure that trains are running and public transport is efficient so much so that we don't need to rely on the unreliable taxi's.

We need people (ethical professionals) who work closely with these Ministers... This new GNU should consider that... Am scared such professionals are in Private Sectors...
