Thanks we are planning to head back up there next year once we get the new tow vehicle ,this year is just a heads down bum up kind of work work work as much as we can and next year will be a huge travelling year down to SA to chase lobsters then up the middle to NT ,Darwin , Limmen bight, King Ash then home to Bundaberg for a couple months then off again up to the Kimberley for a few more months, cheers Kev and Chris

Love watching you chanell!! Random question! With your entrance door opening the way it does have you ever had any issues while driving with it opening or letting extra dust in while travelling etc? Thanks!

Hi we have never had a problem with the door letting in dust or opening as we always lock the door when travelling and on gravel roads we close the watertight door ( lower alloy piece with a piece of foam ) but having the door swing this way it feels like you have more room in the awning cheers Kev

Hi Kevin the Tohatsu sits in the carrier in much the same position as on the transom in full tilt position as we really dont like laying motors down /scratches etc

loving the videos just wanted to ask how do you go with weight in the Ranger did you do a gcm upgrade

yes this Ranger has had a GVM and GCM 3500/6600 upgrade prior to its first rego so it is valid in all states we will do the same with our new one once it has been stretched I believe Lovells is the only one that will do both Gvm and Gcm new one should be 3650/7100

Hi Kev great vid, just wondering how does the Ranger go with the Van compared with the 250?

the Ranger is suprisingly good it lacks a little bit of pulling power on big hills but is so much quieter than the F 250 and with the oz glide hitch make for a very nice ride but the new tow vehicle should be even way better than this one

No we didnt pass it this time but we have been there before it is a brilliant place with just about everything you would ever need and loads of character
