Great episode, amazing camp-site. Bit of advice for Nick, cook the squid in small batches. Hot and fast. Too much at once and it will stew and become chewy but nice work on catching them. Also for a tasty cheat Mousse just fold some melted chocolate through whipped cream and let it set

You guys are crack ups. So glad you got a bit of a kid break. In the last episode, you looked so stressed. Tip: Whenever you are beating cream, there is a fine line between whipped cream and cheese. You just beat it until you get peaks, not lumps. Rookie mistake. Lol

Thanks for showing us Rapid Bay, we visited there in 2012 and soo looking forward to going back for a longer stay. RB is in our top 5 best places in to stay. Well done with the squid

Another cheat, use the cream container and shake when about half full of cream for about 3-5mins (put Big Fella to work) you can add a pinch of sugar to help whip faster. best hack! thank me later!
