Homes where unaffordable to most people before the pandemic. Homes still need to go down a lot.

With inflation starting to see a slight dip (price of eggs excluded), hopefully the housing market will follow and we’ll see a drop.

People don’t listen to realtors they often have their rose colored glasses on far longer than they should. My friend work in the mortgage industry one in Florida the other NH both said that they’ve spoke with law firms who have a glut of foreclosures coming down the pike. That’s who you listen to

When people have hard time to afford eggs and groceries, what makes you think that anyone can afford overpriced home with 6.4 interest rate?

I explained in detail that right now might not be the best time for everyone to buy. However I also mentioned, that for those who WANT and CAN afford, there are options to WORK AROUND 6 and 7 percent interest rates.

How can there be a bottom to the housing market when realtors were saying that prices weren't even going to decrease? We were expected to trust them then and now we're expected to trust you again. I don't think so

Help me understand your comment. You’re saying they are back near 7 but “things” are affordable? Not quite sure of the point you’re trying to make. Assuming you watched the entire video, I speak of rates being at 6 and 7.
