Southern Pacific 4449 "The Daylight" - Return of the Holiday Express 2021!

2 жыл бұрынMerry Christmas! After a year hiatus, the Southern Pacific #4449 returned to the rails in Portland, Oregon on the annual Holiday Express train. Running along the Oregon Pacific tracks, the Holiday Express features a variety of vintage railcars, part of the Oregon Rail Heritage Center's fleet.
I managed to head to Portland during a weekend in mid-December 2021. First time seeing the "Daylight" and what a show and sight to see! Definetly would like to see her running on the mainline at track speed, but this will do until that time comes around again, hopefully soon!

southern pacific 4449 is my favorite train great catches and video of its holiday express good catch too when it was heading out of Portland in the first clip too heading to Oks Park
