We pronounce it all-dee. DD2 works at the Aldi warehouse about 4 miles from our house. She doesn’t get a discount, but does get occasional gift cards and always knows when the good deals come in and approximately how many each store gets. I do like your accent it sounds like you are saying Audi.😊

We love that frozen chicken. We buy the brioche hamburger buns and make a copycat Chick-fil-A sandwich. They are also good to make a quick chicken parm. Add pasta sauce and a slice of cheese. Bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the chicken is heated thru. I serve mine with a side of spaghetti noodles and the remaining sauce or garlic noodles. So good and so quick. That meal is perfect for a quick dinner.

Great job on the haul Brooke. As always. Plant the top of your pineapple in a big pot (so you can take it in if it gets too cold) and grow your own pineapple. My sister lives in Florida and she always plants her's near her pool. It takes 2 years to produce a pineapple but it's worth it...and the kids would enjoy it.

I did the same when all 4 of my kids lived at home.the only difference was I use shredded carrots instead of canned. Kids all loved it.

Looks amazing! Our favorite Aldi convenience meal is red beans and rice with Turkey kielbasa and frozen broccoli. And the preteen cooks it.

You're right Brooke, using convenience foods still comes out cheaper than eating out, especially with today's prices. I'm on my own but am having some physical problems so most days it's hard to cook so any help I can use for meals YAE. Love you and your family. God bless.

Baking paper really helps keep the cooking trays cleaner and less to have to scrub off the trays each time.

My favorite convenience food from Aldi is there pouches of ready to eat basmati rice.

Great idea to cut that chicken up. When I saw it on the baking sheet, I thought “that’s not enough chicken for all those boys.” I have 3 grandsons, 19, 17, 14, all as tall as my son. When I go to Portland, OR, in June to celebrate my son’s 40 birthday, I’m taking an extra $600 for groceries as I’ll be there for 2 weeks and do the bulk of the cooking. Be Prepared….. LOL. I combine the carnitas pork with a pork butt roast in a slow cooker for pulled pork. The carnitas adds just enough flavor for delicious pulled pork.

I do this myself Brooke when I have a hankering for Chinese food , a bag of rice Cauliflower, a Sweet and Sour Chicken package, Egg Rolls and for a fraction of the price of takeout I have Chinese foid.

Girrrrllll! That looked so good! Also the red bag Aldi chicken is so bomb! I made chicken Parmesan with it the other day. I'm obsessed!

Hi Brooke! First off, I will NOT comment about your pronunciation of Aldi, for 2 reasons... 1) I'm not a jerk, and 2) You're family! As sisters, friends, whatever, we should be lifting one another up. In a world where we can be anything, let's be kind. Secondly, I will head to Aldi's tomorrow to see if I find some of the items in this video, though I rarely spend more than $5.00 because the closest one has almost nothing. My grocery list only has potatoes, creamer, and Parmesan on it as we are well-stocked. Love and cheers to all 💜

It does look so good! I love the ideas of adding more veggies to it and cutting it up smaller. We're a family of 8 so going out to eat with all of us is practically impossible lol so will definitely have to double this and enjoy a take out food at home 💝

I hear you on convenience meals these last 2 weeks have been so busy that we have done frozen pizza, frozen pre-made burgers, Ramen, lots of fend for yourself nights because I am so busy with the holidays that it's been hard to put a meal on unless it's easy.
