We are fishing for kingfish and I am always asked what is the best kingfish recipe. Well... I think I found it! This recipe will make kingfish taste like lobster and is known as Poor Mans Lobster but there's nothing poor about this recipe!

Bro...I'll add this. Love your channel. I do alot of cooking myself with fish. Next time, add some finely chopped celery to your mix, and coat the cakes in either breadcrumbs or panko breading to make it even tastier and crunchier!

Great video thank you for sharing that recipe. I’m from Guayaquil, Ecuador and we have a dish call “encebollado” it’s delicious, it’s the #1 seafood dish from my country. It would be nice if you try making it next time you catch a tuna.

Your lobster would go great over some fettuccine noodles. All of that butter and the chunks of garlic, and get some fresh Italian bread rolls, and some parma cheese.Dinner for two please. oh yum yum ! !

Very small kings. Key Largo used to be famous for producing huge kings. By huge I mean almost as long as me. Two kings less than 5 lbs each is just sad. If you like I can send you pics of what Key Largo kingfish catches used to look like. Get the tissues ready for all the tears.
